Cancellation Policy
I understand emergencies come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of any changes.
- Changes made between 48-12 hours before services will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled services.
- Changes made 12 hours and under will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services.
- No show to an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services
- If you are more than 15 Minutes late I will try my best to accommodate all of your services. However, if I am unable to do so, you are still required to pay for the services you have been booked for.
